• Except for the above periods, the promotion applies to all days during the period, regardless of weekdays or holidays (weekday and holiday definitions as per hotel).

• Cancellations or changes must be notified 72 hours in advance.
• Extra guest and extra bed fees, changes or cancellations per hotel policy.
• For unstated matters, hotel announcements prevail.

• Per person per Card, limited to 1 table per visit; if holding 2+ American Express Cards, cannot use simultaneously.
• Split bills or table merging not applicable. Primary and Supplementary Cardmembers dining together cannot combine Cards for same restaurant/same meal period via split tables/bills.
• Promo cannot combine with other store promotions, nor redeem for cash, refunds, or transfers.
• Dining limited to 10 guests (inclusive).
• Reserve table in advance and inform of American Express promo at reservation; American Express does not guarantee reservations.
• Comply with restaurant minimum spend requirements.
• Other promo rules per restaurant on-site regulations/announcements.

【Shared T&C】

• To enjoy the Offer, Eligible Cardmembers must make contactless payment with an Eligible Card, or via mobile wallet provisioned with an Eligible Card (excluding wallets which use the Eligible American Express Card as a funding source for QR code payments).
• Credit Card/charge Card only serves as payment method; American Express is not responsible for the quality of the merchandise or service provided. American Express Cardmember are advised to make a careful assessment before purchasing any merchandise or service.
• If any offer was not honored as stated, please contact American Express immediately. American Express will provide assistance within 90 days.
• The offers are available to holders of a Basic or Supplementary American Express Card, issued either by American Express or a third party bearing the name or trademark or service mark or logo of American Express, unless otherwise stated.
