- The savings cannot be combined with other promotions. Each Card may book only 1 room per day, including 1 night in the Selected room type and 1–2 breakfasts. Comfort Room, Deluxe Room, and Executive Floor Deluxe Room are limited to 2 guests and cannot accommodate extra persons or extra beds.
- Breakfast service at Kitchen 12 on the first floor is from 06:30 to 10:00.
- Executive Deluxe Room guests may use the Executive Lounge, with operating hours from 07:00 to 21:00, for up to 2 guests. The 17th-floor Executive Lounge savings buffet breakfast from 07:00 to 10:30, all-day csavingsee, tea, and non-alcoholic beverages, afternoon tea, and happy hour evening cocktails, as well as free local Taipei calls excluding mobile phones. To maintain dining quality, the happy hour session will be arranged in time slots according to guest volume, and the daily arrangement will be explained upon check-in.
- The Executive Lounge is only available to guests aged 12 and above. Guests aged 12 to under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- The Executive Lounge does not provide use of its meeting rooms to American Express members.
- Reservations must be made in advance through the Sheraton Taipei online booking site. The dedicated booking page is: https://cmp.hihotel.asia/zhtw.v3.9.21.0.AEBOOK/page/238.238?co=M66678638&sd=2026-06-01&df=1&bf=2. Bookings cannot be made through American Express Member Services. The American Express Card number must be provided as a guarantee if requested by the hotel. This savings cannot be booked through other online platforms or third-party channels.
- At check-in, the Cardmember must present an American Express credit Card to settle the full room charge. If the Card cannot be presented or the Cardmember is not physically present, the hotel will charge the prevailing room rate.
- All accommodation savings should be booked in advance. As room inventory is limited, availability depends on the hotel’s actual booking status. American Express does not guarantee reservations.
- This savings cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred, nor can it be combined with any other promotion, room voucher, or package. It also cannot be used to earn the hotel’s regular loyalty points.
- Free cancellation is only available if made by 23:59, 3 days before arrival. Late cancellations will incur a cancellation charge equal to one night’s room rate.
- This promotion is not eligible for Marriott Bonvoy points, stays, or member benefits.
- This savings is not eligible for points accumulation under the Regent of Taipei APP, nor for redemption of coupons or shopping credits.
- To enjoy the Offer, Eligible Cardmembers must make contactless payment with an Eligible Card, or via mobile wallet provisioned with an Eligible Card (excluding wallets which use the Eligible American Express Card as a funding source for QR code payments).
- Credit Card/charge Card only serves as payment method; American Express is not responsible for the quality of the merchandise or service provided. American Express Cardmember are advised to make a careful assessment before purchasing any merchandise or service.
