• Advance reservation is required. You must inform the hotel at the time of booking that you are using the American Express annual hotel offer and provide your Amex Card number as a guarantee. The Cardmember must be the guest staying and must present a valid Taiwan ID or Alien Resident Certificate at check-in. Both Basic and Supplementary Cards are eligible and counted separately. Payment must be made with one American Express Card only (no other payment methods). If a Cardmember holds two or more American Express Cards, they cannot be used simultaneously. The Cardmember must check in in person, present valid ID, and show the specified physical Amex Card (no digital or other payment tools) to settle the full room charge, or the remaining balance after applying AMAZZING CLUB points when staying at HOTEL COZZI. If the Cardmember cannot be present or provide the required documents, the hotel will charge the prevailing room rate.
• All offers require advance booking. Availability is subject to the hotel’s actual room inventory. American Express does not guarantee reservations.
• This offer cannot be combined with the Cathay Hospitality Management AMAZZING CLUB 5% member booking discount. However, if the Cardmember is an AMAZZING CLUB member when staying at HOTEL COZZI, they may still enjoy selected membership benefits, including: spending rewards, birthday rewards, late check-out, happy hour privileges, earning points, and using points to offset room charges. Benefits vary by membership tier and availability. For cancellations, please notify the hotel before 4:00 PM (local time) on the day prior to arrival to avoid charges. Cancellations on the day of arrival or no-shows will incur a charge for the first night. Please refer to the standard accommodation contract and force majeure provisions.
• When using this offer at Madison Taipei Hotel, Autograph Collection, it cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred. It also cannot be combined with any other promotions, vouchers, or packages, and Marriott Bonvoy member benefits and point accrual are not applicable.

• Promotional dining times: Lunch and afternoon tea sessions (12:00–17:00, last order at 16:00). The offer applies for up to 10 guests per table. To enjoy the discount, payment must be made with an American Express Card (no other payment methods accepted), and the Cardmember must dine at the same table.
• The offer is not valid on public holidays or special occasions, including:
• 2026/1/1 (New Year’s Day), 2026/2/14 (Valentine’s Day), 2026/2/15–2/21 (Lunar New Year), 2026/2/27–3/1 (Peace Memorial Day), 2026/4/3–4/6 (Qingming Festival), 2026/5/1–5/3 (Labor Day), 2026/5/9–5/10 (Mother’s Day), 2026/6/19–6/21 (Dragon Boat Festival), 2026/8/8 (Father’s Day), 2026/8/19 (Chinese Valentine’s Day), 2026/9/25–9/28 (Mid-Autumn Festival & Teachers’ Day), 2026/10/9–10/10 (National Day), 2026/10/24–10/26 (Retrocession Day), 2026/12/24–12/27 (Christmas & Constitution Day), and 2026/12/31 (New Year’s Eve), or during other special events as announced by the hotel. • The offer cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, transferred, combined with other promotions, or used with other reward programs. It also does not apply to special event menus.
• A 10% service charge based on the original price applies. The offer is not valid for groups over 10 guests, banquets, private room bookings, beverages consumed during meals, takeaway or delivery orders, leftovers packed after dining, set-table menus, room service, wedding banquets, customized menus, special events, or wine-tasting sessions. Minimum spending requirements (if any) follow restaurant policy.
• No discounts apply to designated private rooms regardless of the number of guests. These cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred.
• Each table may use only one American Express Card. Splitting or merging bills is not permitted. If both Basic  and Supplementary Cardmembers dine together, they cannot combine benefits or split bills to receive multiple discounts during the same dining session at the same restaurant.
• Advance reservations are required. Please mention the use of the American Express offer at the time of booking and before payment. American Express does not guarantee reservations.
• Other terms and conditions are subject to the restaurant’s announcements and on-site policies.

• To enjoy the Offer, Eligible Cardmembers must make contactless payment with an Eligible Card, or via mobile wallet provisioned with an Eligible Card (excluding wallets which use the Eligible American Express Card as a funding source for QR code payments).
