- For cancellations or changes, please notify the hotel at least 72 hours in advance.
- Additional guest or extra bed charges, as well as any booking changes or cancellations, must comply with hotel policies.
- For any matters not covered above, the hotel’s official announcements shall prevail.
- To enjoy the Offer, Eligible Cardmembers must make contactless payment with an Eligible Card, or via mobile wallet provisioned with an Eligible Card (excluding wallets which use the Eligible American Express Card as a funding source for QR code payments).
