1. The Tourist Program 2026 (“Promotion”) runs from April 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period").
2. During the Promotion Period, Eligible Cardmembers (as defined below) will be entitled to enjoy exclusive offers as set out below at Citygate Outlets located at 18-20 Tat Tung Road, Tung Chung, Lantau, Hong Kong (“Participating Location”).

3. Eligible Cardmembers must present the corresponding Eligible Card in person, a valid travel document and proof of entry to Hong Kong, SAR with same-day original Amex machine-printed merchant receipt(s) an corresponding electronic payment slip(s) issued by shops at Citygate Outlets (“Amex Sales Receipts”) showing that the purchase amount is made and fully settled by an Eligible Card collectively, “Eligible Transaction Documents”) at Customer Care Centre on L2 on the day of purchase to be eligible for redemption of the Promotion within the Promotion Period. The receipts should bear the same credit card number as the eligible Card. All receipts will be stamped for administrative purposes. Staff shall take photos of the receipts for verification. Stamped receipts cannot be used for a refund at the corresponding merchant’s outlet.

4. Eligible Cardmembers who meet the Amex Qualifying Spending but whose Amex Sales Receipts are issued after 10:00pm may present, the Eligible Transaction Documents and the Eligible Card to redeem the Promotion within the next day.
5. Transactions made through physical Eligible Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay are eligible to redeem the Spending Rewards, while transactions made through e-Wallets (including Alipay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK) are not eligible. In addition to satisfying the Amex Qualifying Spending, Eligible Cardmembers must also ensure that (i) there is at least one receipt with a net spending of HK$2,000 or above: and (ii) each transaction is HK$100 or above and presented on the same day of purchase, to be eligible to the redeem the Spending Rewards. Any transaction that does not meet the above requirements shall be deemed invalid for the purposes of redeeming the Spending Rewards. Transactions must be made by the same Eligible Cardmember. Each validated receipt can only be used once and the amount shown on the receipt cannot be split.
6. Amex Qualifying Spending is the net spending amount after deducting any payment made by cash / gift / meal / cake coupons, any kinds of offers, cash rebates, mall dollars and / or discounts from tenants.
7. The Egg Tart E-Vouchers and the Spending Rewards can be used only at designated merchants at Citygate Outlets. Terms and Conditions apply. Please refer to TAIKOO+ Mobile App or Citygate Outlets WeChat Mini Program for details.
8. Eligible transactions do not include the purchase of Citygate Outlets merchants' certificates, vouchers, cash coupons or Jumpin Gym USA tokens, transactions made with credit card points, transactions made at TaSTe, HK JEBN, Pop-up Store, Andante, Essence, Fresh, Olea, The Enclave, The Pavilion, Eternal East Cross-Border Coach, HSBC, HSBC ATM, BOCHK, lockers, Customer Care Centre, Delivery Service Counter by SF Express, car park, hotels, temporary shops, purchase of gold pellets, grains, bars, or deposits for gold saving clubs, and any shops or outlets at Tung Chung Crescent, and receipts for topping up of Octopus cards. Eligible Cardmembers are required to redeem the Rewards on the same day of purchase. Any unused balance or any portion of an otherwise eligible transaction that is not redeemed on the day of purchase shall not be eligible for redemption of the Rewards for the remainder of the Promotion Period.
9. Theatre ticket stubs are not accepted under this promotion. Eligible Cardmember must present the original machine-printed receipt issued by the cinema's box office to redeem the Rewards.
10. Swire Properties Management Limited reserves the right to require customers to present their credit card. For spending by Apple Pay / Google Pay / Samsung Pay / any type of electronic payment that is accepted by Swire Properties Management Limited from time to time, Eligible Cardmember must present the original electronic payment device, with the device’s account number shown, and corresponding payment record for verification purposes. Redemptions made by employees of Citygate Outlets tenants on behalf of shoppers will not be accepted.
11. All transaction receipts or American Express electronic payment receipts dated outside the Promotion Period are not eligible for this Promotion. All transaction receipts from cash advances, internet purchases, mobile shopping apps, mail orders, phone orders or any transaction receipts not originating from a genuine transaction at the Participating Location, or which have been subject to a cancellation, charge-back, return of goods or refunds will not be accepted.
12. During the entire Promotion Period, each Eligible Cardmember can redeem the Citygate Outlets x Messy Desk Key Charm and the Egg Tart E-Vouchers once. Each Eligible Cardmember can redeem the Spending Rewards once per month during the Promotion Period.
13. The Egg Tart E-Vouchers and Spending Rewards will only be valid for thirty (30) days from the redemption date.
14. Photocopied, revised, damaged, reprinted, or handwritten transaction receipts and electronic payment receipts will not be accepted.
15. Limited quota applies. Redemption of the Rewards are subject to limited availabilityand will be on a first come first served basis while stock lasts. The Citygate Outlets x Messy Desk Key Charm will be distributed on random basis. The redemption of Bakehouse Sourdough Egg Tart is subject to stock availability at the time of visit.
16. Only CLUB CG pre-members and members are eligible to participate in this promotion. Pre-members and members are required to present their CLUB CG digital membership card for verification. Customers can join CLUB CG membership by downloading the TAIKOO+ Mobile App or in WeChat Mini Program and completing a single net spend of HK$2,000 or above by electronic payment at designated merchants in Citygate Outlets. The same transaction may also qualify as an eligible transaction for the purposes of redeeming the Spending Rewards under the Promotion followed by Spending Reward redemption using the same receipt.
17. Staff of Citygate Outlets and its tenants are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
18. Staff of Swire Properties Management Limited reserves the right to record information on machine-printed merchant receipt and corresponding electronic payment slip, and request customers to open the corresponding mobile payment platform interface and present the transaction record for verification purposes (if applicable); and make photocopies of the machine-printed merchant receipt and corresponding electronic payment slip and mobile payment transaction record (if applicable) during the Promotion Period. Information collected will only be used for the Promotion and will be destroyed after the Promotion. Provision of the above information by the customers represents that the customers agree to the collection and understand the purpose of collection. If the customer refuses the collection/photocopy of related data conducted by the mall staff, staff may reserve the right to reject the corresponding Promotion redemption.
19. All Eligible Cardmembers who participate in the Promotion are presumed to have read, accepted, and agreed to abide by the above Terms and Conditions. Otherwise, the Eligible Cardmembers will be considered to have forsaken their rights to participate.
20. Spending registered for redemption of the Promotion will also be automatically registered for points registration in CLUB CG. Points will be credited to the member’s membership account within seven(7) working days from the day of registering the eligible receipts. 21. American Express and Swire Properties Management Limited shall not be responsible for the condition of the rewards or any damage, loss or bodily injury arising from usage of the rewards under the Promotion. All queries (including product warranties) regarding the rewards shall be raised with the relevant merchant directly. Any dispute concerning rewards (quality or otherwise) shall be settled between the Eligible Cardmember and the relevant merchant. American Express shall not be liable for any product warranty or quality issues.

23. Participating merchants are solely responsible for all products, services, consultation, and advice offered to eligible Cardmembers. American Express and Swire Properties Management Limited are not the providers of any of these products and/or services herein and make no representation or warranty in relation to the same.
24. American Express and Swire Properties Management Limited shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
25. American Express and Swire Properties Management Limited reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
26. Should any dispute arise, the decision of American Express and Swire Properties Management Limited shall be final.
27. In case of inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
