- By enrolling Benefits, you agree and accept that Accor may transfer your personal data, including your membership number to the American Express, any of its subsidiaries or associated entities or American Express Company and its subsidiaries and affiliates (Amex, American Express Company and such subsidiaries, associated entities and affiliates, collectively, “Amex Group”) for the purposes of providing services to you and for future travel reservations that you undertake.
