If you would like to join the Infinity MileageLands programme please visit the partner's website to submit your request.
Once the partner account created, you can add your new partner account to your Membership Rewards profile and transfer your Membership Rewards points.

Partner description
- Firstly, you need to register your Frequent Flyer or Frequent Guest Program membership account number and name with us by calling 2277 2150
- Then, you can place your transfer request online or by calling 2277 2150.
- Please remember to have your Frequent Flyer or Frequent Guest Program membership account details with you before placing the transfer request with us.
- The minimum points required to transfer to a participating Frequent Flyer Program are 18,000 points and then in multiples of 9,000 points in the same transfer.
- An administration fee of HK$400 will apply for each air mile conversion. It is not applicable to Centurion® Card, American Express Explorer® Credit Card, American Express® Gold Corporate Card and American Express® Corporate Card.

Please review the details and the Terms and Conditions for this transfer. Once you have ticked the agreement box, click 'Confirm' to proceed.
PROVIDE FREQUENT TRAVELLER PROGRAM ACCOUNT DETAILS
Select add another account and complete the form with the information for the frequent traveller program you are an existing member of.
SUBMIT REQUEST TO ADD ACCOUNT
Once you submit your request, you will be able to submit a points transfer request straight away. Your points transfer will be processed after the frequent traveller program has confirmed your account.
Please complete all of the required fields and click 'Submit'. Please note that the details must match those held by the programme partner. Once the partner has verified your details you will be ready to transfer your Membership Rewards points.
Country code
For British Airways & Delta Airlines please enter "GB" in the country code field.
For all other partners please enter "GBR" in the country code field.
SIGN-UP TO A NEW FREQUENT TRAVELLER PROGRAM
Select add another account and complete the form with the information requested by the frequent traveller program you wish to sign-up for.
Note: in some instances you may be required to complete the sign-up process on the frequent traveller program's website.
SUBMIT REQUEST TO SIGN-UP FOR ACCOUNT
Once you submit your request, you will be able to submit a points transfer request straight away. Your points transfer will be processed after the frequent traveller program has confirmed your account.
Please complete all of the required fields and click 'Submit'. Once the partner has enrolled you into their loyalty programme you will be ready to transfer your Membership Rewards points.

Terms and Conditions
- Once Membership Rewards points have been transferred they cannot be reversed
- An administration fee of HK$400 will apply for each air mile conversion. It is not applicable to Centurion® Card, American Express Explorer® Credit Card, American Express® Gold Corporate Card and American Express® Corporate Card.
- Any Linked Account or Card Account being more than 30 days overdue is not in good standing, redemption or transfer of points will not be processed
- Point transfers are subject to American Express Membership Rewards Terms and Conditions
- In case of any dispute, American Express International, Inc. reserves the right of final decision
