The Flying Blue - American Express Silver Card is a charge card:

Apply for an additional Flying Blue – American Express Silver Card, which generally comes with the same benefits as the primary card. You can request up to two additional Flying Blue – American Express Silver Cards at no extra cost for your partner, or for adult family members or friends. - Have no negative BKR registration
- Have a residential address in the Netherlands
- Have a gross annual income of at least €30,000
