- The Promotion is open to individuals who hold personal basic and/or supplementary American Express® Cards issued in Singapore by American Express International Inc., DBS Bank Ltd andUnited Overseas Bank Limited (“Eligible Cards”), excluding American Express Corporate Cards(“Card Members”).
