Validity
1 March 2024 - 31 May 2024
- Payment must be made by 31 May 2024 to be eligible for the offer.
- Offer valid for payments made at participating Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group locations within France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States of America. Any unlisted locations of participating merchants are not valid for the offer.
- S$600 must be spent at a single participating hotel, in a single transaction, to receive S$120 credit every time. Spend cannot be accumulated between different hotel locations.
- Incidental spend is eligible if charged to your room during your stay and paid at the hotel front desk upon check-out (e.g. spend at hotel restaurants).
- When you make a payment in a foreign currency, it will be converted to Singapore Dollars based on the rate of exchange at the time your Card is charged. You must meet the offer spend requirement of S$600 after currency conversion, excluding Foreign Exchange Charges that are incurred, by 31 May 2024 to be eligible for the offer. Please refer to your Card Member Agreement for more information about Foreign Exchange Charges on your Card.
- Excludes gift card purchases.
- Excludes payments made via third party establishments and payment processors (including, but not limited to, travel agents, third party delivery or take away services).
- The Promotion is open to individuals who hold personal basic and/or supplementary American Express® Cards issued in Singapore by American Express International Inc. only (“Eligible Cards”), excluding American Express Corporate Cards and American Express Cards issued by DBS Bank Ltd and United Overseas Bank Limited (“Card Members”).

- Credit is not redeemable for cash or other payment form.
- Credit should appear on your billing statement within 15 business days from qualifying spend but may take up to 90 days from the offer end date.
- Credit will not be applied to your Card Account if it has been suspended or cancelled.
- Credit may be reversed if your qualifying purchase is refunded or cancelled.
