American Express® Corporate Meeting Card
The American Express® Corporate Meeting Card* offers greater visibility into your business meeting expenses. American Express® Corporate Purchasing Card
The American Express® Corporate Purchasing Card not only provides employees with a convenient way to make business purchases, but it also helps your suppliers enjoy the ease and expediency of electronic payments. By eliminating the need for purchase orders, invoices, and checks, your AP department saves valuable time, while your Procurement Department gains increased visibility and a consolidated view into supplier payments —helping you make more informed decisions and uncover new savings opportunities.

Virtual Payments
Virtual Payments With Virtual Payments from American Express, you can streamline your payment and reconciliation process and get greater control over your company’s spending. Assign a single-use account number to each transaction, set specific pre-authorization amounts, date ranges, and transaction details with a virtual payment solution designed with your business in mind. Enrollment required. Subject to application approval.
American Express One AP®
American Express One AP® is an accounts payable platform designed to help you optimize your supplier payment process, drive efficiency, and provide enhanced security with unique virtual Card numbers. Enrollment required and fees may apply. Suppliers must be enrolled and located in the United States. Please contact your American Express representative to learn more.**

**American Express One AP® may not be available to all customers. To access the service, all customers will be required to enroll their eligible U.S.-issued American Express® Business, Corporate, or Corporate Purchasing Card. There is no fee to use the service for customers electing to process only Card payments. Use of additional payment methods requires activation and a monthly platform access fee of $200 which will automatically renew each month, unless the service is canceled or all additional payments methods are deactivated, as applicable. With the monthly platform access fee, to the extent used, the first 400 check transactions and first 400 automated ACH transactions each month are complimentary, after which point a fee of $1.00 per check and $0.35 per automated ACH transaction will apply. Fees are subject to change. Sales tax on fees may apply. All fees associated with American Express One AP® will be auto billed on a quarterly basis to the first Card enrolled for the service. Customers may cancel the service or activate/deactivate additional payment methods by contacting their American Express® representative. Coupa
American Express virtual Card payments are integrated in the Coupa Pay workflow so you can conveniently make payments to suppliers directly within the Coupa platform. The platform allows you to track the steps of the automated payment process, helping to increase visibility into the status of your business payments.**

Buyer Initiated Payments automates payments – within your existing invoice approval workflow – to your suppliers, helping you eliminate errors while reducing time and costs from your payments process. By controlling when you make your payments, you can manage days cash on hand as well as support your suppliers by reducing their DSO. SAP® Concur® and American Express can help you connect and manage all of your SAP® Concur® Solutions, including Expense, and Invoice payments in one intuitive spend management solution, depending on your organization's needs. This joint solution gives you the control and visibility you need to manage your spending proactively.***
