Artificial Intelligence (AI) Usage: Guidance for Candidates
We’re excited to use AI to help us work faster and smarter in our roles. However, whether you’re a candidate in the recruitment process or considering applying for a role at American Express, AI should only be used in the limited ways outlined below. We want to learn about your interest in joining Team Amex and get to know you and your skills with limited assistance from AI. Candidates are expected to use AI responsibly and in ways that are consistent with our company values. Any inappropriate use of AI during the recruitment process — including use that misrepresents your own work or abilities — may result in disqualification from further consideration.
