CONRAD HONG KONG - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The 10% Savings offer at Nicholini's, Brasserie on the Eighth, Golden Leaf, Garden Cafe and Lobby LoungePacific Bar ("Offer") is valid from January 1 to December 31, 2023 at Conrad Hong Kong ("Promotion Period").
2. Offer is not applicable on January 1, 22 to 25, February 14, April 7 to 10, May 14, June 18, September 29 to 30, December 22, 24 to 26 & 31, 2023, public holidays, fireworks display nights and when tickets are required for entry to restaurants.
3. 1-day advance booking and to state the redemption of the Offer when making reservation.
4. To enjoy the Offer, Cardmember must settle the full payment with Centurion^® Card, The Platinum Card^® and American Express^® Platinum Credit Card issued by American Express International, Inc. ("American Express") in Hong Kong ("Eligible Cards", such holders, "Eligible Cardmembers").
5. Offer is not applicable to corkage, takeaways, special promotions, specially negotiated menu,brunch menu, guest chef promotions, cigarettes/cigars/tobacco, discounted dishes/ menus, private functions, catering services, banquets, meetings, conferences, weddings, room service, festive items, voucher sales and ticket sales events.
6. Offer is not applicable to 10% service charge.
7. Cake shop offer is not applicable to festive items.
8. Offer is applicable to a minimum of 2 and maximum of 12 diners, including the Eligible Cardmember.
9. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with Hilton Honors Member, Conrad VIP Card, gift certificate/voucher, cash coupons and any other special offer/discounts.
10. Participating merchant is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offer in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services that are made available pursuant to the Offer and makes no representation or warranty in relation to such products and/or services.
11. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the products/services, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
12. American Express reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.
13. In case of any dispute, American Express and Participating Merchant reserve the right of final decision.
14. In case of inconsistency between English and Chinese versions, the English version will prevail.
