1. Black-out dates: January 1, February 11 - 15, April 1 - 6, & 30, May 1, 9 & 18 - 19, June 13 - 14, 20 & 30, July 1, September 7 - 11, 20 - 22 & 30, October 1 & 13 - 14, December 21, 24 - 27 & 31, 2021
2. All offers are valid from Jaunary 1, 2021 until December 31, 2021.
3. To enjoy the Offer, Cardmembers must settle the full payment with Centurion® Card and The Platinum Card issued by American Express International, Inc. ("American Express") in Hong Kong ("Eligible Cards", such holders, "Eligible Cardmembers").
4. Offers are applicable to a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 12 persons (inclusive of the Eligible Cardmembers).
5. Offer is for dine-in only.
6. Offer is not applicable for beverage, special events, banquets, meetings, weddings, private events, take away services, private room charges, room service, tobacco & cigars, corkage, ticket sales, special menus, special promotional items as defined by hotel.
7. Offer is not applicable to 10% service charge.
8. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with the Dining Cards, other special offers, cash and dining vouchers, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
9. Participating merchant is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services that are made available pursuant to the Offers and makes no representation or warranty in relation to such products and/or services.
10. American Express and the participating merchant reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
11. In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and the participating merchants shall be final.
12. If the English version of these terms and conditions does not conform to the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
