General Terms and Conditions:

1. Offers are valid from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period").
2. During the Promotion Period, Basic and Supplementary Cardmembers of Eligible Cards (as defined in Clause 3 of the Terms and Conditions) ("Eligible Cardmembers") can enjoy the Dine-in Dinner Offers and Takeaway Offer (“Offers”) at Heichinrou (Diamond Hill, Kwun Tong), Metrolpol Restaurant (Admiralty) and Metropol (Ma On Shan) ("Participating Restaurants") 
   
3. To enjoy the Offers, Cardmember must settle the full payment with American Express^® Platinum Credit Card issued by American Express International, Inc. ("American Express") in Hong Kong ("Eligible Cards", such holders, "Eligible Cardmembers") within the Promotion Period. Offers are applicable to Basic and Supplementary Cardmembers.
4. Eligible Cardmembers must spend on a physical Card of the Eligible Card to enjoy the Offers.
   
5. Offers are not applicable on January 19-31, February 1-5, May 5-7 & 12-14, June 9-11 & 16-18, September 22-24 & 29-30, December 15-22, 2023..
6. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion offers or discounts and cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or services.
7. Hong Kong Ping Jeng Lau Co. Ltd and its affiliates are solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice offered to Cardmembers.
8. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.

10. American Express, Hong Kong Ping Jeng Lau Co. Ltd and its affiliates reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice.
11. Should any dispute arise, the decision of American Express, Hong Kong Ping Jeng Lau Co. Ltd and its affiliates shall be final.
12. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Dine-in Dinner Offers Terms and Conditions:

1. Below Offer 1 and Offer 2 (“Dine-in Dinner Offers”) are valid within the Promotion Period:
   Offer 1: 30% savings on à la carte food menu and selected beverages for dine-in dinner after 6pm from Monday to Sunday (Selected beverages mean any beverage exclude wine and spirit).
   Offer 2: 15% savings on wine and spirit for dine-in dinner consumption after 6pm from Monday to Friday.
2. Each Eligible Card can enjoy the Dine-in Dinner Offers once per day. Eligible Cardmembers can only enjoy the Dine-in Dinner Offers for one table on each occasion (“Eligible Transaction”). Special table arrangement, splitting of table and/or bill is not allowed for the purpose of enjoying the Dine-in Dinner Offers. 
   
3. For Offer 1, offer is applicable to food and beverage items in à la carte menu for dine-in dinner after 6pm only, excluding all bottled wine and spirits, festive products, seasonal menus or promotional menus, charge for tea condiments, pre-meal snacks, “Other Charges” on à la carte menu, discounted  food/beverage items, corkage fee, cake-cutting fee, private or corporate functions, private rooms, banquets, deliveries and takeaways (“Eligible Food and Beverage Items”). 
   
4. For Offer 1, maximum amount of savings is capped at HK$1,200 per Eligible Transaction on Eligible Food and Beverage Items (i.e. Savings amount at HK$1,200 = Total value of Eligible Food and Beverage Items at HK$4,000 (original price) x 30% savings. By way of illustration, if the original price of Eligible Food and Beverage Items exceeds HK$4,000, the savings amount will still be capped at HK$1,200.)
5. 10% service charge and tea and condiments charges (if any) apply and will be calculated based on original price.
6. Children aged 6 years or above will be considered as 1 person for the purpose of the Dine-in Dinner Offers.

Takeaway Offer Terms and Conditions:

1. 30% savings on food items in the à la carte menu for takeaway order from Monday to Sunday, available all day (“Takeaway Offer”) is valid within the Promotion Period.
2. Takeaway Offer is applicable to takeaway order made directly with the participating restaurants via phone or directly in-person at the participating restaurants. Transactions made via third parties (e.g. meal delivery services) are not eligible for the Takeaway Offer.
3. Takeaway Offer is applicable to à la carte food menu for takeaway order only, excluding all beverages, wines, 10% service charge, festive products, set menus, seasonal menus or promotional menus, discounted food items, private or corporate functions, banquets, deliveries and other charges.
