HYATT REGENCY HONG KONG, TSIM SHA TSUI - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The 15% Savings offer at The Chinese Restaurant, Hugo's and Cafe ("Offer") is valid from January 1 to December 31, 2023 at Hyatt Regency Hong Kong Tsim Sha Tsui ("Promotion Period").
2. The Chinese Restaurant: Offer is not applicable on January 1, 21 to 23, February 14, May 14, June 18, September 29, December 22, 24 to 25 & 31, 2023.
3. Hugo's and Cafe: Offer is not applicable on January 1, February 14, May 14, June 18, December 24 to 25 & 31, 2023.
4. Offer is not applicable to ticket sales events, banquets, purchase of cigar and cigarettes, corkage and cake charges.
5. Offer is applicable to a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 12 persons per visit, inclusive of Eligible Cardmember.
6. To enjoy the Offer, Cardmember must settle the full payment with Centurion^® Card, The Platinum Card^® or American Express^® Platinum Credit Card issued by American Express International, Inc. ("American Express") in Hong Kong ("Eligible Cards", such holders, "Eligible Cardmembers").
7. Offer is not applicable to the 10% service charge.
8. Offer is valid for dine-in only.
9. Advance reservation is required and subject to seat availability.
10. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
11. Participating merchant is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offer in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services that are made available pursuant to the Offer and makes no representation or warranty in relation to such products and/or services.
12. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the products/services, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
13. American Express reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.
14. In case of any dispute, American Express and Participating Merchant reserve the right of final decision.
15. In case of inconsistency between English and Chinese versions, the English version will prevail.
