Terms and Conditions of the 50% savings on every 2^nd set lunch / set dinner / lunch buffet /dinner buffet at participating restaurants at The Peninsula Hong Kong:

1. The Dining offers (as defined in clause 2) are only applicable to both Basic and Supplementary Cardmembers of American Express^® Peninsula Platinum Card and American Express^® Peninsula Gold Card (“Eligible Cards” and accordingly the “Eligible Cardmembers”) issued by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) in Hong Kong.
   
2. From November 18 to December 21, 2019 (Monday to Thursday) (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”), Eligible Cardmembers can enjoy 50% savings on every 2^nd set lunch / set dinner/ lunch buffet / dinner buffet(“Dining offers”) at participating restaurants as below:
   Gaddi’s: 50% savings on every 2^nd set lunch
   The Lobby: 50% savings on every 2^nd set lunch / set dinner
   The Verandah: 50% savings on every 2^nd lunch buffet / dinner buffet
   
3. Dining offers are applicable to one table of a maximum of 12 persons (Eligible Cardmember inclusive) with maximum of 6 Dining offers per visit.
4. Children aged 3 years or above will be considered as 1 person. For the child policy of each restaurant, please visit www.peninsula.com/en/hong-kong/hotel-fine-dining.
5. To enjoy the Dining offers, Eligible Cardmembers must settle the full payment with Eligible Cards during the promotion period.
6. 10% service charge applies and will be calculated based on original price.
7. Dining offers will apply to set lunch / set dinner / lunch buffet / dinner buffet whichever have a lower price.
8. Dining offers cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, VIP cards, gift certificates and gift cards, dining coupons, 15% or 10% food and beverage saving offers exclusive for American Express Peninsula Cardmembers or other promotional offers.
9. Dining offers are for dine-in consumption only, and are not applicable to take-away items.
10. Dining offers cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or discounts and are not transferable.
11. Dining offers are not applicable to gift certificate and gift card purchase, service charge, tea and condiment, catering dining promotion, Felix early dining menu, ticket sales events, specially negotiated menus or price not publicly offered, guest chef promotions, chef’s table, room service, private room, VIP rooms, private functions, meetings and conference, banqueting, wedding, wine dinners, dinning packages (Fly & Dine, Fly & Relax, Peninsula Academy), cooking class, moon cake purchase and items purchased other than food and beverage in the restaurant (i.e. wine, tobacco, cigarettes, etc) unless otherwise specified.
12. The Peninsula Hong Kong is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice offered to Cardmembers. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and / or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.
13. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
14. American Express and The Peninsula Hong Kong reserve the right to amend any of these Terms and Conditions and/or suspend or terminate the above Offers at any time without prior notice.
15. In case of dispute, the decision of American Express and The Peninsula Hong Kong shall be final.
16. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
