Terms and Conditions:

1. Enjoy 3% savings on selected regular-priced items at city’super, LOG-ON and cookedDeli in Hong Kong (“Offer”) is valid from February 1, 2021 to January 31, 2022, both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period").
2. To enjoy the Offer, Cardmember must settle the full payment with Centurion^® Card, The Platinum Card^® or American Express^® Platinum Credit Card issued by American Express International, Inc. ("American Express") in Hong Kong ("Eligible Cards", such holders, "Eligible Cardmembers") during the Promotion Period at the physical stores of city’super, LOG-ON and cookedDeli in Hong Kong ("Participating Merchants").
3. Offer is not applicable to transactions made at self-checkout counter.
4. Offer is not applicable to city’super and LOG-ON E-Shop.
5. cookedDeli: Offer is applicable to transactions made at main cashier and selected menu items. For details, please check with the staff at the Participating Merchants.
6. Amazing Food Hall @ city’super Times Square store: Offer is applicable to counter ordering for selected menu items. For details, please check with the staff at the Participating Merchants.
7. Offer is applicable to the order made directly in-person at the physical stores of the Participating Merchants. Transactions made via third-party takeaway platform are not eligible for the Offer.
8. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with super e-gold card year-round discount, member reward eCoupons, or other promotional offers or coupons, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
9. Purchases made under this Offer are not eligible for super e loyalty points or accumulated spending.
10. Offer is not applicable to purchase of city’super Gift Card, Shopping Voucher, discounted and specified items/counters, please refer to instore price tag and promotional materials for details.
11. Participating Merchant is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice offered to Cardmembers. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.
12. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the products/services, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
13. American Express, City Super Limited and Participating Merchants reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.
14. In case of any dispute, American Express, City Super Limited and Participating Merchants reserve the right of final decision.
    
15. In case of inconsistency between English and Chinese versions, the English version will prevail.
