Watson's Wine Offer Terms and Conditions
- 15% savings on regular-priced wines and extra 5% savings on promo-priced wines upon total a minimum spending of HK$1,088 or above on still wine or Sake in a single transaction at Watson’s Wine instore and eStore in Hong Kong (“Offer”) are valid from July 28, 2020 to August 31, 2020, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
- Payments must be settled in full with American Express® Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) (“Eligible American Express Cards”), in order to enjoy the Offer. American Express Cardmembers settling with the US Dollar Card, American Express Corporate Card, American Express® Gold Business Card, American Express® Business Card, American Express Business Travel Account or Corporate Purchasing Card are not eligible to enjoy the Offer. Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited or Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited in Hong Kong and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are not eligible to enjoy the Offer.
- Offer is not applicable to Champagne and spirits.
- Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or other promotional offers and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
- Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to anyone who is under 18 years old in the course of business.
- Watson’s Wine is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the offers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services that are made available pursuant to the offers and makes no representation or warranty in relation to such products and/or services.
- American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- American Express and Watson’s Wine reserve the right to change the terms and conditions, suspend or terminate the offers at any time without prior notice.
- In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and Watson’s Wine shall be final.
- In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
