Offer Terms & Conditions

1. The 7% savings offer is only valid for bookings of the participating hotels on any destinations (“Offer”) via designated Agoda website (www.agoda.com/amexhk) from 00:01 on February 1, 2020 to 23:59 on July 31, 2020 (“Booking Period”) and only valid for stays between February 1, 2020 and March 31, 2021 (“Stay Period”).
   
2. Only American Express Cardmembers who hold American Express Cards issued in Hong Kong by
   American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) (“Eligible Cards”) are eligible to participate in this promotion. The US Dollar Card, American Express^® Corporate Card, American Express^® Gold Business Card, American Express^® Business Card, American Express Business Travel Account, and Corporate Purchasing Card, Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited or Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited in Hong Kong and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
   
3. To enjoy the Offer, payment must be settled in full with Eligible Cards during the Booking Period.
4. Cancellation or change of schedule must be arranged directly via Agoda website or hotline and is subject to the terms and conditions of the Hotels. Cardmembers may refer to the Booking Confirmation e-mail or contact the hotline of Agoda. 
5. Offer is applicable on selected Agoda pre-paid hotels (as defined in Clause 6) and room types only. Offer does not apply to "Pay at Hotel" rooms. 
6. A pre-paid hotel is a hotel for which has been paid in full via the designated Agoda website (www.agoda.com/amexhk). Agoda is the party handling and receiving payment directly from the Eligible Cards.
7. Offer is applicable to hotel room charges only.  Local government taxes and service charge may apply.
8. Unless otherwise specified, Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
9. Offer is subject to availability. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
10. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which the Offer was awarded, American Express reserves the right to debit from the Eligible Card account the equivalent amount of the Offer rewarded without prior notice.
11. Agoda is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice offered to Cardmembers. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.
12. Other terms and conditions apply. Please refer to the "Booking and Cancellation Terms and Conditions" on Agoda website.
13. American Express and Agoda reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice, all matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of American Express and Agoda.
14. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
