American Express Travel Online Membership Rewards^® Pay with Points rate offer Terms and Conditions:

1. The Pay with Points rate offer is valid starting from January 1, 2021 at 00:01 Hong Kong Standard Time.
2. Pay with Points rate offer is ONLY applicable to the Cardmembers with an Eligible Card (as defined below) who are enrolled in the Membership Rewards Program (“Eligible Cardmembers”).  For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, (“Eligible Card”) means an American Express Card issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. (Hong Kong Branch) and excludes USD Card, Corporate Cards, American Express Cathay Pacific Elite Credit Card, American Express Cathay Pacific Credit Card, American Express Cheung Kong Card, Blue Cash^® Credit Card from American Express, American Express^® I.T Cashback Card and credit cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by DBS (Hong Kong) Limited in Hong Kong.
3. From January 1, 2021 at 00:01 Hong Kong Standard Time, Eligible Cardmembers can use 150 Membership Rewards point to redeem HK$1 to offset the full or partial payment of the purchase made at American Express Travel Online by using his/ her Eligible Card during the Promotion Period. The option to redeem the points under the Pay with Points will be automatically offered to the Eligible Cardmember during the checkout process at American Express Travel Online.
   
4. Pay with Points rate offer is NOT applicable to bookings of Fine Hotels & Resorts and The Hotel Collection.
   
5. There is no black out date on the travel products that Eligible Cardmember can redeem with his/ her Membership Rewards points, but it subjects to availability.
   
6. There is no limitation on the number of Membership Rewards points to be redeemed under this Offer.

9. In case of any dispute, American Express International, Inc. reserves the right of final decision.
   
10. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
