Offer Period:
December 14, 2020 to August 31, 2021
1. All payments must be settled in full using American Express® Business Card or American Express® Gold Business Card issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. ("American Express") ("Eligible American Express Card"), in order to enjoy the Offers.
2. “Top up to enjoy up to 12% bonus credit” (“Offer”) is valid from Dec 14, 2020 to Aug 31, 2021, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
3. Offer Details:
Offer A: New Lalamove users (means a new non-corporate accounts and Users who never placed an order on mobile or web platforms by a corporate account before)
- Top up HK$1000 with Eligible American Express Card to enjoy 12% bonus credit (HK$120).
Offer B: Existing Lalamove users (means a non-corporate account other than new Users)
- Top up HK$1000 with Eligible American Express Card to enjoy 10% bonus credit (HK$100).
4. Upon successful transaction, bonus credit will be dispatched to users’ Lalamove wallet respectively, within 30 calendar days.
5. The bonus offer can only be enjoyed for once within promotion period.
6. Lalamove wallet credits are only applicable for orders placed via Lalamove mobile app.
7. Offers cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and are non-refundable.
8. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, offers or voucher.

10. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
11. American Express and Easy Mobile Logistics Hong Kong Limited (Lalamove) reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
12. Should any dispute arise, the decision of American Express and Easy Mobile Logistics Hong Kong Limited (Lalamove) shall be final.
13. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
