What is the difference between Direct Debit and Paybill?

With Direct Debit, a predetermined amount is debited from your bank account, on the Payment Due Date as shown on your monthly Card Statement.
Paybill is a one-time payment option where payments need to be submitted individually. You can pay using Online Services or call the Customer Service number on the back of your Card to submit payment.  It is important to ensure your payment is scheduled for processing by the due date to avoid late payment fees.
