Why is my bank account suspended for use of Paybill service?

Your ability to make online payments using your bank account may have been temporarily suspended due to a payment related error. Please contact the number on the back of your Card to reinstate the service and/or set up new payments.
Once we have reinstated your bank account for use of Paybill service, subject to availability of the service you will be able to make payments immediately.
