Can I use Paybill to make payments on all my Card accounts?

You can use Paybill to make payments on most of our American Express Card products with the exception of Corporate Card and Charge Card Products. If you have any query about Paybill service, please call us on the number on the back of your Card for further assistance.

In addition to Paybill, we offer many other convenient ways you can make a payment:
•     Call Payment-by-Phone Service (PPS) hotline 18033 or visit PPS website
•     Call our Card Direct hotline at 2277 2160
•     Visit any HSBC Automated Teller Machine (ATM) that indicates Bill Payment logo
•     Visit HSBC internet banking and select Bill Payment
•     Set up direct debit payment through your bank
•     Send us a cheque by mail
•     Go to Cashier Counter at 18/F, Cityplaza 4, Taikoo Shing Mon – Fri  9:00am - 4:30pm
