Primary Platinum International Currency Card (ICC) Cardmembers and Supplementary Platinum International Currency Cardmembers with a Platinum International Currency Card Card are eligible for these benefits/this offer (“Cardmembers”). Platinum Supplementary Cardmembers with any other American Express Card product will not be eligible the benefit/offer. To redeem the offer, Cardmembers are required to download and present their eVIP Pass upon arrival to the participating Village. Cardmembers will also be required to present their eligible Card product for verification.

Please note, Hands-free Shopping, Reserved Parking and Personal Shopping sessions must be booked in advance via Guest Services. Reserved Parking is subject to availability, must be booked 48 hours in advance and is only available at La Vallée Village on Saturdays & Sundays, and French public holiday. Hands-free Shopping is subject to availability and must be booked via Guest Services at least 48 hours in advance. Personal Shopping is not available at Maasmechelen Village.
The Bicester Collection Terms and Conditions
- eVIP Pass: a digitally downloaded reward pass which will entitle Platinum Cardmembers to receive an additional ten per cent (10%) discount on products within participating boutiques at The Bicester Collection Villages, subject always to the specific terms and conditions which apply to the use of the eVIP pass and any “further reduction” and/or "blackout" periods.
- Hands-free Shopping: The Bicester Collection’s Hands-free Shopping service enables Cardmembers to shop and then collect their purchases from a central location at the end of their visit to the relevant Participating Village, subject to availability at the Participating Village. Please book in advance via Guest Services.
- Personal Shopping: The Bicester Collection's Personal Shopping service enables Cardmembers to have a personal consultation with an expert, who will curate a bespoke edit from their favourite brands and assist with inspiration for their next purchase. To book an appointment with the Personal Shopping team, please book 48 hours in advance via Guest Services.
- Reserved Parking: The Bicester Collection’s premium reserved parking service, subject to availability, can be booked 48 hours in advance via Guest Services.
- Private Sale: Additional private sale discounts are automatically applied at point of sale when presenting your downloaded eVIP pass at participating boutiques.
