GENERAL PROMOTION MECHANICS:

1. The promotion is open to all active and of good credit standing Basic and Supplementary Cardmembers of American Express^® Cards (except the American Express^® Corporate Cards) issued by BDO.
2. To avail of the offer, full payment must be charged to the Cardmember's qualified American Express Card.

      • 50% savings on Lunch Buffet (Mon – Fri) & Dinner Buffet (Mon, Wed, Thurs, Sun)
      • 30% savings on Lunch Buffet (Sat – Sun) & Dinner Buffet (Tue, Fri, Sat)
   2. Bar 27
      • 40% savings on Food & Beverages for a minimum single receipt spend of P2,000 (Mon - Sat)
3. Only one (1) qualified American Express Card will be accepted per Cardmember even if he/she has more than one (1) qualified American Express Card. Strictly no splitting of transactions.
4. Offers are already inclusive of VAT & Service Charge.
5. Offer is valid for dine-in transactions only. Advance reservation is required. For reservations, please call (02) 528-3000.
6. Offer is non-transferable and not convertible to cash or Gift Certificate.
7. The offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with other BDO or Diamond Hotel's promotional offers, in-store sale, Senior Citizen and PWD Cards, and partner's VIP/Membership privileges. Senior citizens and PWDs may either avail of this promotional discount, or they may avail of the standard discount from the regular rate under Republic Act Nos. 7432 and 7277, both as amended.
8. Unsuccessful Card transactions (i.e. American Express Card cannot be used to pay  for dining transactions for whatever reason) will not entitle the Cardmember to the offer. Payment using other credit cards or in cash is not allowed.
9. In case of dispute in respect of but not limited to the Cardmember’s eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillment, etc., BDO’s decision shall prevail.  All questions or disputes regarding the Cardmember’s eligibility for the Promotion or for any redemption shall be resolved by BDO at its sole discretion with the concurrence of DTI.
10. Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of American Express Card issued by BDO apply.

BAR 27 TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. The Promotion period is  from January 2 to June 30, 2017.
2. American Express Cardmembers can avail the 40% savings on Food & Beverages with a minimum single receipt spend of P2,000 from Mondays to Saturdays (5PM – 2AM).
3. Offer is already inclusive of tax and service charge.
4. Offer is not applicable to Happy Hour.
5. Offer is not valid on Chinese New Year (January 28), Pre-Valentine’s Day (February 13), Valentine’s Day (February 14), Mother’s Day (May 14) and Father’s Day (June 18).

3. Offer is available for a minimum of two (2) and a maximum of ten (10) diners per Cardmember.
4. The discount applies to food bill only after taxes and service charge are applied. Drinks are not included in the promotion.
5. Offer is not valid on Chinese New Year (January 28), Pre-Valentine’s Day (February 13) and Valentine’s Day (February 14).
