Promotion Mechanics:

  2. The Travel Now Pay Later offers are applicable to all active Cardmembers Blue from American Express.
  3. Cardmembers must pay using their American Express Cards to be entitled to the savings on travel packages and Absolutely Zero Percent (0%) interest installment on three (3) or six (6) month terms.
  4. Offers are likewise subject to the terms and conditions of the Travel Agency and BDO Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and use of American Express Cards.
  5. Monthly installment due for the Travel Now Pay Later installment transaction, together with monthly interest and penalty charge (if any), will be billed to the Cardmember starting on the second (2nd) monthly billing statement cycle after the original transaction date and every month thereafter until the total amount payable is paid in full.
  6. Participating travel agencies have sole discretion on the terms and the packages applicable to Absolutely Zero Percent (0%) offering.
  7. Qualified Cardmembers may avail of the Absolutely Zero Percent (0%) interest for a minimum installment purchase worth P3,000, subject to the minimum installment agreement with partner merchants.
  8. Absolutely Zero Percent (0%) interest is applicable if the Cardmember pays his/her monthly installment in full.
  9. For items not included in the Absolutely Zero Percent (0%) interest offer, the regular monthly add-on interest rates below shall apply:

  11. The following booking requirements must be met:



  12. All full packages require a minimum of two (2) passengers traveling together.
  13. For inquiries, bookings, or reservations, Cardmember can call Travel Agency directly.
  14. Complete contact details of the Cardmember/s and passenger/s are required upon booking.
  15. To finalize booking, the Cardmember must completely fill out and sign a Booking Agreement Form and submit to the Travel Agency. Otherwise, booking request will not be processed.
  16. A copy of a valid passport is required for international booking. For domestic travel, a valid ID must be presented upon request of the Travel Agency, the hotel/ resort upon check-in, and/or upon airline check-in.
  17. For travel packages that require a Visa, the American Express Cardmember must process the Visa application and comply with any Visa Application procedures set by the respective Travel Agency.
  18. The travel Agency shall not be held liable for any omissions to purchased tour packages brought by the passengers' improper travel documentation, improper conduct, invalid credentials, and tardiness, without prejudice to the Philippine Passenger Bill of Rights and the International Airline Transport Association (IATA) Passenger Rights Regulations.
  19. The tour voucher and airline tickets shall be sent through email or fax to Cardmembers three (3) to four (4) working days after finalization and settlement of transaction amount.
  20. Restricted airline tickets have eight (8) days validity. The Terms and Conditions of International airlines are subject to the International Airline Transport Association (IATA) Passenger Rights Regulations. In addition, domestic airlines and routes, terms and conditions of Philippine Passenger Bill of Rights shall also apply.
  21. No changes can be made 48 hours prior to departure.
  22. All changes in finalized bookings are subject to penalties and charges from the airline and tour operator.
  23. Travel packages for other destinations, not featured here, may also be availed at regular rates.
  24. Travel packages must be booked within the promotion period.
  25. Approved transactions can no longer be reversed or cancelled. Revisions and/or rebooking on the tour itinerary may be allowed subject to approval of the Travel Agency.
  26. Absolutely Zero Percent (0%) interest offer is valid only if monthly dues are paid in full.  All transactions are subject to bank approval.
  27. BDO may accommodate the Cardmember's request to accelerate the charging of the remaining unbilled monthly amortization/s on the Travel MOTO installment transactions. A corresponding fee of five (5%) of the total remaining balance or P300, whichever is higher will be charged to the Cardmember's account. After acceleration, the total amount due and the corresponding fee must be paid in full*.
  28. In case of dispute such as, but not limited to the Cardmember's eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillments etc. BDO's decision shall prevail with prior approval from DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardmember's eligibility for the Promotion or any redemption shall be resolved by BDO with concurrence of DTI.
