From 15 April till 31 December 2021, enjoy up to 5% savings* on your electricity bills when you pay with your registered American Express Card!
Simply save the offer to your American Express Card and spend S$40 or more, in a single transaction on participating electricity retailers' bills to get S$2 back, up to 9 times.
Offer is limtied to the first 70,000 successfully registered Cards.
*Up to 5% savings is calculated based on S$2 statement credit with a min. of S$40 spent. Offer is capped at S$2 statement credit per transaction, redeemable up to 9 times.

Validity
15 April - 31 December 2021
- Offer valid for one-off payments and recurring billing in Singapore Dollars only at participating utility businesses.
- All other payments (including but not limited to, in-person payments or payments made through a third-party establishment/payment processor) are not eligible for the offer.
- Excludes payments made for Business and/or Commercial Accounts.
- When adding your Card to your recurring billing account or switching to a new service provider, your Card may not be charged up to 60 days later. You must ensure that you have sufficient time for your Card to be charged by 31 December 2021 to be eligible for the offer. Recurring billing processing times, billing cycles and enrolment processing time may vary, kindly check with your service provider for more information.
- The Promotion is open to individuals who hold personal basic and/or supplementary American Express Cards issued in Singapore by American Express International Inc. only ("Eligible Cards"), excluding American Express Corporate Cards and American Express Cards issued by Citibank Singapore Limited, DBS Bank Ltd and United Overseas Bank Limited ("Card Members").
- Offer is limited to the first 70,000 eligible Cards which are successfully registered for the offer.
- This offer is only available for your targeted Card, and other Cards you hold may not be eligible.
- Offer is limited to nine-time credit per Card to which the offer is saved and only spend on this Card counts towards the Offer.
- Excludes transactions where you do not spend directly online or in-app at participating utility businesses. Offer is valid at Singapore website and in-app only.
- Excludes transactions made through a third party establishment or payment processor.
- Credit is not redeemable for cash or other payment form.
- Credit should appear on your billing statement within 5 business days from qualifying spend but may take up to 90 days from the offer end date.
- Credit will not be applied to your Card Account if it has been suspended or cancelled.
- Credit may be reversed if your qualifying purchase is refunded or cancelled.
