Offer Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion is valid from 7 December 2020 to 25 January 2021 (“Booking period”), for stays between 7 December 2020 to 31 January 2021, both dates inclusive (“Stay period”). 
2. Festive Surcharge apply for stays during the selected dates listed below: 
   • 24 December 2020 – 29 December 2020 (all dates inclusive) 
   • 30 December 2020 – 1 January 2021 (all dates inclusive) 
3. Promotion is applicable for York Hotel Singapore: Premier room (Quad Sharing) only.
4. To enjoy the Promotion, the booking must be made through the dedicated landing page at the following website: https://www.toureast.net/singaporediscover/amex
   
5. Booking cut-off: 7 days prior to check-in
6. Rooms are subject to availability upon booking.
7. F&B dining credit is not valid in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, or privileges.
8. Dining credit must be utilised during the stay period. Any unused balance will be forfeited and cannot be reimbursed in cash.
9. Advance reservations are required for all restaurants.
10. Promotion is non-transferable and non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, rewards, loyalty programmes, promotions, discounted items, and fixed price items (unless specified).
11. Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers or other products and services.
12. All prices quoted are subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes, unless otherwise stated.
13. Cancellations or amendments must be made at least 4 working days prior to arrival to avoid cancellation charges.
14. In the event of any No-shows, the full cancellation charge will be applicable.
    
15. Payment must be made with an eligible American Express^® Card (“Card Members”)·
    • "Eligible American Express Cards" are qualifying personal Basic and Supplementary American Express Cards issued by American Express International Inc. in Singapore only, including American Express Corporate Cards, American Express Singapore Airlines Business Credit Card and American Express Cards issued by DBS Bank Limited and United Overseas Bank Limited.
16. Card Members may be asked to present the American Express Card used to make booking for verification purposes during check-in. 
17. Discounts applied may be nulled if there are any reservation changes made after purchase confirmation, or after promotion period. Card member may be required to be pay for the reservation difference, cancellation or change penalties, administrative fees or other miscellaneous charges (where applicable).
18. American Express does not assume liability and American Express Card Members shall not make any claim whatsoever for (i) injury or bodily harm or (ii) loss of damage to property, howsoever caused, arising from, or in connection with these benefits and privileges.
19. American Express International Inc. reserves the right at any time to withdraw or substitute the offer with other offer(s) without prior notice and without assigning any reason.
20. Merchant’s Terms and Conditions apply. American Express acts solely as payment provider and is not responsible or liable in the event that such services, activities or benefits are not provided or fulfilled by merchant. Card Members acknowledge that any disputes in relation to the above are to be directed solely to the merchant providing such services, activities or benefits.
21. In the event of any dispute, the decision of American Express and the merchant shall be final.
