How do I notify American Express if a Card Member has passed away?

We understand that this is a difficult time and we will do our best to make this process as easy as possible.

To notify us of the death of an American Express Card Member, you may either fax the below documents to our Credit Department at 62955011, or email them to credit.singapore@aexp.com:

• Copy of death certificate

• Probate and / or Copy of Will
