How can I update my address, email address or update my contact information?


To update your email or address*, you can:

  • Access Account Management by logging in to your Online Account.
  • Call our customer service at the number printed on the back of your Card.
  • Write to us and mail the original signed letter to Card Member Services, 1 Marina Boulevard, #22-00, One Marina Boulevard, Singapore 018989.

The change will be effective immediately upon receipt of the request.

* Please note that supporting document will be requested for us to update your residential address (this refers to the address where you currently live). For a list of acceptable supporting documents, please visit go.amex/sgkyc. You’ll receive a communication to confirm your information has been successfully updated once we’ve verified your details.
