To create a template, go to Create & Manage Payments > Manage Templates and choose Create Template from the top tab, then:
1Enter your chosen Template Name.
2Choose Outgoing Telegraphic Transfer or Outgoing Draft from the Product drop-down menu.
3Select the currency you want to send to your beneficiary from the Currency drop-down menu.
4Choose the Settlement Method from the drop-down menu, and select the appropriate account number.
5Enter the Payment Amount and Payee Currency.
6Once you have entered all the mandatory information, click Create Template. You’ll see a green success message confirming your action and advising you of the new Template ID.
7When creating a payment using a new template, simply select the Template Payment tab under Create a Spot Payment and search for the template you require by Template ID or Template Name. All stored information will then be displayed on screen.
If you wish to view/modify an existing template, ensure that you click View/Modify Template from the top tab, then:
1Enter search criteria such as Template ID, Template Name, Product or Currency. Then click Search.
2The existing templates on your account are then displayed.
3 To view or modify the details of any template, click on the appropriate Template ID.
4Once you have made any changes, ensure that all mandatory fields are complete and click Save in the lower right of the page. You’ll see a green message indicating that your changes were made successfully.
