Purchase Protection

 

We know how frustrating it is to buy something that you love, only to find that it is lost, has been stolen or damaged. With 90-days Purchase Protection on selected American Express Cards, you can rest assured knowing we’ll reimburse you for repair, replacement or accidental damage for new purchases made on your American Express Card, up to $5001.

Refund Protection

 

If you’re having trouble getting a refund, 90-days Refund Protection can help. Simply ensure the purchase was made on an eligible American Express Card and we'll reimburse up to $500 per item1.

Extended Warranty

 

If your warranty has run out, just as you need it, Extended Warranty might have you covered. With select American Express Cards, eligible purchases will enjoy an extended manufacturer’s warranty of up to 12 months. You’ll be covered for up to $10,000 per year and $10,000 per claim, with no excess1.
