- If you applied on or before 27 January 2026, your Card remains a Business Charge Card and must be paid in full each month. The existing joint and several liability structure continues to apply.
- If you applied on or after 28 January 2026, your Card is the Business Gold Card which includes the Flexible Payment Option and operates under Company Liability supported by a business personal guarantee.

1. Membership Rewards®

Membership Rewards points are earned for virtually every full £1 spent and charged, per transaction. Membership Rewards points are not earned on Balance Transfers, Cash Advances, American Express Travellers Cheque purchases, Foreign Exchange, Fees and Interest Charges for Returned payments, Finance Charges, Late Payment and Referral Charges, Fees/Charges including joining, annual and Membership Rewards fees. Membership Rewards points never expire as long as the Account is active.
Business Gold Quarterly Bonus
With your American Express® Business Gold Card, you get at least one Membership Rewards® point for each pound you spend on your Card for eligible purchases. Now in addition with the bonus in any Quarter (Quarter 1: 1 Jan to 31 March inclusive, Quarter 2: 1 April to 30 June inclusive, Quarter 3: 1 July to 30 September inclusive, Quarter 4: 1 October – 31 December inclusive), you will receive 10,000 Membership Rewards bonus points once you have spent a cumulative £20,000 in that Quarter. The Bonus Points will be transferred to your Membership Rewards Account within 30 days after the end of the qualifying period if the spend requirement has been achieved and can be viewed on your Card Account statement. 2. Employee Cards
Employee Cards, also known as "Supplementary Cards", allow you to share the benefits of your American Express Card with others close to you.
You will be the main Cardmember and you will be responsible for all charges made on the Employee Cards (s).
- Business Gold/Platinum Charge Card with Flexible Payment Option: Company Liability supported by a business personal guarantee applies to charges made on all Employee Card(s).
Employee Cardmembers must be aged 18 or over. Written details available on request. Approval subject to status and Terms and Conditions.
3. Cashflow
Business Charge Card: The full 54 days to pay is obtained only if you spend on the first day of the new statement period and repay the balance in full on the due date.
Business Card: You have up to a 54 day payment period interest free to pay back any charges on your Account in full. If you need additional time to pay, you can use Flexible Payment Option, which allows you to extend your cashflow window. The maximum payment period on purchases is up to 54 calendar days and is obtained only if you spend on the first day of the new statement period and repay the balance in full on the due date. 4. American Express Experiences

6. Travel Insurance

7. The Hotel Collection
The Hotel Collection (THC) benefits are available for new bookings of two consecutive nights or more made through American Express Travel, Platinum Travel & Dining Concierge, Business Platinum Travel & Dining Concierge or the Dedicated Centurion® Team, with participating properties and are valid only for eligible Business Gold Cardmembers, Preferred Rewards Gold Cardmembers, Preferred Rewards Gold Credit Cardmembers, Platinum Cardmembers or Centurion® Members and excludes Platinum Credit Companion Cardmembers. Bookings must be made using an eligible Card and must be paid using that Card, or another American Express Card, in the eligible Card Member's name, and that Card Member must be traveling on the itinerary booked. Noon check-in, late check-out and the room upgrade are subject to availability; certain room categories are not eligible for upgrade. The type of US$100 credit and additional amenity (if applicable) varies by property; the US$100 credit will be applied to eligible charges up to US$100. To receive the US$100 credit, the eligible spend must be charged to your hotel room. The US$100 credit will be applied at check-out. Advance reservations are recommended for certain credits. Benefit restrictions vary by property. Benefits are applied per room, per stay (with a three-room limit per stay). Back-to-back stays booked by a single Card Member, Card Members staying in the same room or Card Members traveling in the same party within a 24-hour period at the same property are considered one stay and are ineligible for additional THC benefits (“Prohibited Action”). American Express and the Property reserve the right to modify or revoke the THC benefits at any time without notice if we or they determine, in our or their sole discretion, that you have engaged in a Prohibited Action, or have engaged in abuse, misuse, or gaming in connection with your THC benefits. 8. Business Gold Dell Technologies Credit
Benefit Terms
This benefit is governed by and subject to these Benefit Terms. By enrolling your Card Account into the benefit, you agree to these Terms.
A. The Benefit
Enrol to the benefit using your eligible Business Gold Card. To receive the statement credit, make eligible spend at Dell Technologies online by visiting www.dell.co.uk/amex or by contacting a dedicated Dell Technologies Advisor on 0800 389 0621 . The benefit description and terms are displayed to you prior to enrolling into the benefit. B. Eligible Cards
Only the Primary Cardmember on a Business Gold Card Account can enrol the Card Account into the benefit. Not all Cards are eligible for this benefit. If a Card you hold is ineligible, you will not be able to see the benefit, nor you will not be able to enrol the Card Account in the benefit.
If you are issued with a replacement Card after enrolling the Card Account into the benefit and the benefit is still available, the replacement Card will be automatically enrolled into the benefit.
C. Statement Credits
Purchases by both the enrolled Primary Cardmember and Supplementary Cardmembers on the enrolled Card Account are eligible for statement credits. Regardless of the date on which the Card Account is enrolled into the benefit, each Card Account is only eligible for up to £50 in statement credits between 1 January and 30 June and up to £50 in statement credits between 1 July and 31 December for a total of £100 per calendar year in statement credits across all Cards on the enrolled Card Account. Valid only on purchases made directly with Dell Technologies in the UK at www.dell.co.uk/amex or phoning a dedicated Dell Advisor on 0800 389 0621. Not valid on online purchases shipped outside of the UK. Please allow 5 working days after an eligible purchase is charged to your Card Account for statement credit(s) to be posted to the Account – however this can take up to 60 days. Purchases may fall outside of the six-month benefit period in which the purchase was made in some cases due to a delay in merchants submitting transactions to us or if the purchase date differs from the date you made the transaction (for example, the purchase date for online orders may be the shipping date). In this case your purchase would apply toward the statement credit available in the next six-month benefit period. Statement credit may be reversed if the eligible purchase is returned/cancelled. Credit is not redeemable for cash or other payment forms.
If American Express does not receive information that identifies your transaction as eligible for the benefit, you will not receive the statement credit. This offer does not apply to purchases on non-American Express Cards you might hold or on transactions made using third party payment processors/ payment aggregators. To be eligible for this benefit, Card Account(s) must be not cancelled or suspended and not past due at the time of statement credits fulfillment. D. Your Account Payments
We can cancel your participation in the benefit or future benefits if you fail to pay your Card Account balance on time.
E. Fraud / Misuse / Glitches
We can suspend or cancel the benefit if any fraud or misuse by users (as reasonably determined by us), technical failure or any other factors outside our control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the benefit which may result in any loss or damage to American Express. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any such incident and take reasonable steps to ensure you are not unfairly impacted if the incident is due to something we have done or failed to do. We can disqualify you from this or future benefits, and may reverse any credit already awarded, if you are suspected of fraud, misuse (as reasonably determined by us) or are in breach of any of these Terms.
F. Changes
We reserve the right to vary any eligibility criteria or Terms prior to you enrolling in the benefit.
G. Privacy & Security
We use your personal information such as name, email address, Account number and transaction information to manage your participation in the benefit (including sending notices and reminders) and track your spend. We will only ever use your personal information strictly in accordance with the [American Express Online Privacy Statement].
H. Law
The terms of the offer are governed by English law and the court of England will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over us and you.
9. The benefit value is capped at £50 in statement Credit; every 3 months of a calendar year The benefit value will reset on 6 Jan, 1 Apr, 1 Jul, 1 Oct of every calendar year until 31/12/2026. You cannot carry any unused benefit value from one period into the next.
The Benefit is only available to the Primary American Express Business Gold Cardmember using their American Express Business Gold Card. Transactions made with a Supplementary Card or Additional Card are not eligible for this Benefit.
You must first save the Benefit to your American Express Business Gold Card before making your purchase to qualify for the benefit. Only qualified purchases made after enrolment are eligible for the benefit. If you use another Card to make a purchase at any time, you will not be eligible for the benefit on that Card.
The benefit will expire on 31/12/2026. American Express can withdraw the benefit at any time by giving you 60 days’ notice.
Your purchase must be made online at uk.indeed.com to be eligible for the benefit. If you spend in a currency other than Great British Pound (GBP), the amount paid will be converted based on the rate of exchange at the time of the transaction. A non-Sterling transaction fee of 2.99% will apply and this fee does not count towards the benefit. For more information regarding charges made in foreign currencies refer to your Card Member Agreement. If you pay using third party payment providers, such as Buy Now Pay Later providers, third party payment providers or payment processors, you will not be eligible for the benefit.

12. Amex Travel
Spend £40,000 in your Cardmembership year to earn a £100 Travel Credit to use on prepaid bookings made online through American Express® Travel. This can be done twice a year which could earn you up to £200 in Travel Credits. Terms, payment restrictions and future communications about this Offer will apply. The Offer resets every Cardmembership year.
The Travel Credit will only be awarded if the spend threshold is met.
Your qualifying spend will reset each Cardmembership year and you will not be able to carry forward any qualifying spend made in the prior Cardmembership year to the new year.
Eligible Transactions: Qualifying spend in the Offer can be in one or more transactions with any Merchant who accepts American Express. Qualifying spend made in a foreign currency will be settled in Great British Pounds (GBP) and the amount that contributes to your qualifying spend will be reflective of the GBP total at the time of settlement. Cardmembers will be charged a non-Sterling transaction fee of 2.99% for transactions made in a foreign currency and this fee does not count as qualifying spend. Should the amount charged not meet the spend threshold due to a fluctuation in the exchange rate the Travel Credit will not be awarded.
Transactions which are made during the Offer period but where your Card is not charged by a Merchant until after the Offer period (such as because of a delay in dispatching your purchase) may not count towards the spend threshold for that Offer period.
This Offer applies to spend at an Account level. Qualifying spend includes spend on the primary Card which is eligible for the Offer and any supplementary Card linked to the same Account.
The following types of transactions are excluded from qualifying spend:
• balance transfers;
• American Express Travelers Cheque purchases;
• any fees or charges charged by us under your card agreement (such as foreign exchange fees, late payment fees and returned payment fees)
• interest; and
• American Express Cardmembership fees.
Qualifying spend which is subsequently cancelled or refunded will not count towards your spend threshold for the purposes of this Offer.
Restrictions and Exclusions On Travel Credits: You can only use the Travel Credit to pay for prepaid travel booked through americanexpress.com/en-gb/travel/. You cannot exchange the Travel Credit for cash, use it to pay for anything else, or have it applied to your Account as a statement credit for other spending. The Travel Credit also cannot be used to pay any fees and charges associated with any travel booking, such as change or cancellation fees (whether charged by us or any travel supplied) or baggage fees.
You can only use each Travel Credit once and only one Travel Credit can be used per prepaid travel booking. The value of your travel booking must be equal or greater than the value of the Travel Credit(s) you are using.
The Travel Credit will expire if you do not use it within 2 years of earning it. The 2-year validity period will start from the date the Travel Credit is issued to your Account.
The customer accepts that the total cost of the reservation will be charged to the Cardmember. Prepaid travel bookings must be charged to your Business Gold Card. Once the travel booking has been charged to your Card, the Travel Credit will appear on your billing Account as a statement credit. Statement credits will usually appear on your Account statement within 30 days from the date of the transaction, but it could take up to 150 days. You can report missing statement credits by contacting us through chat via the Amex® App or your Online Account, or by calling the number on the back of your Card. American Express will then take the appropriate steps to resolve your request within a reasonable timeframe.
Travel Credit bookings must be for prepaid travel and are subject to the relevant travel supplier terms and conditions, and may incur change or cancellation fees from the travel supplier and American Express.
You will earn Membership Rewards® points on the part of your booking which you pay using your Travel Credit at the normal Membership Rewards rate that applies. See Membership Rewards® Programme terms for more information.
We may withdraw the Travel Credit (including any statement credit we apply to your Account) if we reasonably believe that you are seeking or have received payment, compensation, or other value for your Travel Credit.
Supplementary Cardmembers are not eligible to use the Travel Credit. However, any qualifying spend that a Supplementary Cardmember makes will count towards the Offer’s spend threshold.
We can reverse any Travel Credit that has been awarded if the travel booking is subsequently cancelled and it is not refundable, or we discover or reasonably suspect any fraud or other criminal activity, breach of these terms, or any serious misuse (as reasonably determined by us) relating to your use of this Offer. Any reversal may take place up to 180 days.
You will not be able to use the Travel Credit and you will not receive a statement credit during any period where either a monthly payment under your Account remains outstanding or your Account is suspended for any reason. If the reason we suspended your use of the Travel Credit no longer applies, then you will be able to use the Travel Credit and any statement credit you have earned which has not yet been added to your Account will then be added.
We can suspend the Travel Credit if technical failure or any other factors outside our control means that we are unable to make this Offer available in a safe and proper way (for example, if we suspect fraud or if there is a risk of loss or damage to you, other Cardmembers, or us).
If your Account is cancelled you will no longer be able to use the Travel Credit.
If your Account is cancelled and you have earned a statement credit which has not yet been added to your Account, we will apply that statement credit to your balance. We will not do this if your Account was suspended prior to cancellation and this was why the statement credit was not added or if we have the right to reverse a statement credit as explained above.
We will use your personal information such as name, email address, Account number and transaction information to manage your use of this Offer, to monitor your eligible spend and send you servicing communications about this Offer. You also acknowledge that American Express will send you communications to administer the Offer, the Travel Credit and the statement credit (such as to confirm enrolment and use of this Offer). Change, Expiry or Withdrawal of Offer: If we make a change to these terms, we will give you 30 days’ advance notice, unless the change is not to your disadvantage. In this case, we will give you notice but we may make the change more quickly. We will post the updated terms on our website.
We can withdraw this Offer at any time by giving you 60 days’ advance notice. We do not need to give any reason for doing this, but we must reasonably believe the overall benefits associated with your Account still represent good value and are competitively priced.
We can also change these terms, or withdraw this Offer, to reflect a change in law, regulation or industry codes of practice (including where we have a good reason to expect a change), or to reflect a decision by a court, regulator or the Financial Ombudsman Service (or equivalent). If we make a change, we will notify you as explained above. If we withdraw the Offer we will notify you as soon as possible, but we may not be able to tell you about this in advance
Award of Statement Credit(s): Statement credit(s) should appear on your Account within 30 days from the date of the transaction in which you used the Travel Credit but it may take longer. Travel credit(s) are not redeemable for cash or any other payment form and can only be used for prepaid travel booked through Amex Travel Online.
