Can I make a payment using a bank account that is not in my name?

No. To protect your Account and meet regulatory requirements, your payment must come from a bank account held in your name.

 

  • Personal Cards: The account must be in the main Cardmember’s name.
  • Business or Corporate Cards: The account must match the Cardmember’s name or the company name.
  • Joint accounts are accepted if you’re a named signatory. 
  • Payments from unrecognised names or third parties may be rejected.
