What should I do if I’ve already set up a Direct Debit but want to make a manual payment?
If you have a Direct Debit set up, avoid making additional payments four working days before the scheduled collection date, as this could result in duplicate payments. If you still choose to make a manual payment, your balance will update accordingly.
