1. There used to be no login, why do I have to log in now?
For a more personalized experience, the login helps you keep up with the eligible benefits and offers you can enjoy easily.
2. I don’t have my Amex Card with me now nor the Card number, how do I log in?
You can log in to the Amex Experiences App with your existing Online Services Account without a physical Amex Card nor Card number.
3. I forgot my Online Services User ID and password, how do I log in?
If you’ve forgotten your User ID or password, please reset it here.
Once this process is done, you may log in to the Amex Experiences App using the latest User ID or password.
4. Can I use the Amex Experiences App overseas?
You can still use the Amex Experiences App overseas but the benefits and offers you can enjoy are still based on the issuance region.
Please also be aware of the data roaming fee involved.
5. I have more than one Amex Card but I can only view benefits/offers of this Card, how do I view all other benefits/offer I’m eligible for from other Cards?
Please go to “Settings” and you will see “Edit contact info”. Please fill in all information then click “Save”.
You will then be able to view all other benefits and offers you’re eligible for from all Cards.
6. I successfully logged in previously but am now logged out for no reason, why did that happen?
A logout can happen by 90 days on inactivity.
7. I don’t want to log in to view the Amex Experiences App content, can I do that?
We are sorry but you have to log in to view the App content.
8. Why can’t I log in to the Amex Experiences App?
Please ensure your User ID and Password are correct for the login.
9. Is it the same screens for Android and iOS? Will both OS be in place at the same time?
The screens are the same for both Android and iOS and the login will be in place for both OS at the same time.
10. I already have the Amex Experiences App on my phone, do I need to update it for the new login journey? What app version is this going to be?
Update is not needed for the existing Amex Experiences App for the new login journey. The login will be in place automatically in the existing version.

Autopay – by submitting the autopay instruction, your Card balance will be automatically settled monthly through direct debit from your designated bank account. To obtain the form (Autopay Authorization Form), please call our Cardmember Hotline or click here to download the form.

Paybill – settle your bill from your pre-registered bank account. Please log in to your Online Service Account to register your bank account. Terms and Conditions apply.
Card Direct (this payment method does not apply to Corporate Card Account) – make direct transfer from your bank account to settle your bill by calling our Card Direct Service Hotline 2277 2160. To enroll, call our Cardmember Hotline.
Pay by ATM, Internet Banking and Phone Banking1 – transfer funds from your HSBC/ Hang Seng Bank savings/current account to settle your bill by ATM; or visit www.hsbc.com.hk2 and www.hangseng.com.hk2; or call the HSBC Hotline to transfer funds.
Payment By Phone Service (PPS)1,2 – please call 18031 for payment. The merchant code is “14”. For more details, please call 90000 222 329.
