1. The following Offer (“Offer”) is valid from November 22 to December 22, 2022, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

2. To enjoy the Offer, Cardmembers must settle the payment in full with American Express^® Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) (“Eligible Card”, such holders, “Eligible Cardmembers”) within the Promotion Period. Payment made with the US Dollar Card, American Express Business Travel Account or Corporate Purchasing Card, and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are not eligible to enjoy the Offer.

4. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers. 


5. Offer is not applicable to the purchases of APITA UNY Gift Certificates, consignment gift certificates, cigarettes, payment of PITA Farmhouse membership fees, Hakuyosha Dry Cleaning coupons, Italian Tomato coupons, purchases made by cash coupon, installment or deposit payments and amount used for CU APP redemption (if applicable).


6. Offer is not applicable to refunds, return or exchange of goods and prizes. Offer is not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, services or any discounts. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers (including but not limited to the Sunday Morning Special Promotion), discount offers, shopping and dining coupons, membership card, cash coupons and gift certificates (if applicable).


7. Offer is not applicable to fixed-priced products, some of consignment products and Plastic Bag Levy.


8. Unicorn Stores (HK) Ltd. is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offer offered to Eligible Cardmembers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same


9. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
   
   
10. American Express and Unicorn Stores (HK) Ltd. reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.

12. In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and Unicorn Stores(HK) Ltd. shall be final.
    
    
13. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
