- Offer 1, 2, 3 (Collectively "Offers") are available to Eligible Cardmembers of Basic or Supplementary American Express® Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express. (“Eligible American Express Card”, such Cardmembers, “Eligible Cardmembers”) within the Promotion Period.
- To enjoy the Offers, all payments must be settled in full with Eligible American Express Cards during the Promotion Period.
- Offers valid date varies with different Offers, Kyushu Melon Promotion period is April 9 to June 16, 2024, Mother’s Day Promotion period is April 19 to May 12, 2024 and Father’s Day Promotion period is May 31 to June 16, 2024, both start and end dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). Last pick up date is the respective Offer's end date.
- Offers are only available for purchase or pre-ordering selective cakes at all Arome Bakery Stores in Hong Kong. Online ordering is not applicable.
- Offers are limited and while stocks last.
- Offers are non-transferable for cash or other products and is non-refundable. It cannot be combined with other promotional offers and discounts.
- Arome is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfilment of the Offers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/ or service that are made available pursuant to the Offers and makes no representation or warranty in relation to such products and/ or services.
- American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the products/services, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- Return for items purchased using the Offers will be honoured with the previous discount voided. The total discount will be deducted from the refund. Other terms and conditions apply on exchange of goods. Please check with Arome for details.
- American Express and Arome reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offers at any time without prior notice.
- In the event of any dispute arising from these Offers, the decision of American Express and Arome shall be final.
- If the English version of these Terms and Conditions does not conform to the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
