American Express® Card is required to guarantee the order. No cancellation is allowed once the order is confirmed.

Members are requested to notify The Peninsula Global Customer Service Centre for any changes or amendments (including the “Encounters” experience) at least 4 days prior to arrival. Otherwise, one-night room rental (at The Peninsula Premier Rate) will be charged as penalty.
Child guests aged 6 or under are not entitled to participate in the “Aviation Tour” due to safety reasons. All children under 12 year old must be accompanied by an adult
Specific daily quota applies for “Aviation Tour” per week, offered on a first-come first-served basis and are subject to availability and weather conditions
Guests are advised to check the availability of “Aviation Tour” at the time of booking
For guests who did not participate in “Aviation Tour” during their stay for various reasons, they will not be able to participate in any “Encounters” experience after check-out, and cannot refund or exchange to other products or services
Refund and exchange are not applicable to the reward offer
Unused dining experiences, dining and spa credit, in part or in full, cannot be refunded into cash, or exchanged to other products or services; and will not be valid for future use upon check-out
Hotel reserves all rights to offer alternatives to the tour or dining services in compliance with regulations imposed by the government
