Why we need up-to-date informaction.
To help us to protect your Account and help you get the most from our products and services, we periodically need to verify the details we hold are current and correct.
Verify your company details:
When it’s time to check your details, we’ll contact you (by email and/or letter) to ask for your help. You will need to login to a secure online portal where you can upload any supporting documents we need.
Business Account
Do you have one or more American Express Business Cards, for example Green or Gold? Please click below on “Yes, I have a Business Account” and find out what information is required from you/your company
Corporate Programme
Are you a Programme Administrator (PA) of an American Express Corporate account? Click on
“Yes, I am a Programme Administrator” below and find out what information is required from you/the company.
Corporate Account
Do you have one or more American Express Corporate Cards, for example Green or Gold? Please click below on “Yes, I have a Corporate Account” and find out what information is required from you
Corporate Programme without a Programme Administrator?
A Programme Administrator (PA) forms the link between your company and American Express. If we need to contact your company, the PA is usually the best person to talk to.
If you don’t have a PA registered with American Express, or you need to update the PA we have on file, please fill in the PA registration form and email it to corporate.unit.madrid@aexp.com.
