Travel Accident Insurance1

With your Card you have up to £150,000 in the event of  loss of life, limb, sight, speech or hearing, when travelling on public transport and tickets are charged to the Card.


Emergency Card Replacement

Purchase Protection1

If your purchase is damaged or stolen within 90 days, call our claims team and they’ll arrange a repair or replacement for you up to £2,500 per eligible item or £20,000 in any 12 month period.


Refund Protection1

Should a UK retailer refuse you a refund on any eligible item worth over £25 within 90 days of purchase, you get back the full purchase price up to £200.


Online Fraud Guarantee

If something’s stolen from your account or you see a charge you don’t recognise, we’ll remove it and investigate. You can shop online knowing you’ll never be held responsible for any unauthorised online purchases.
