Purchase Protection1

If your purchase is damaged or stolen within 90 days, call our claims team and they’ll arrange a repair or replacement for you up to £2,500 per eligible item or £20,000 in any 12 month period.

Refund Protection1

Should a UK retailer refuse you a refund on any eligible item worth over £25 within 90 days of purchase, you get back the full purchase price up to £200.

Online Fraud Guarantee

If something’s stolen from your account or you see a charge you don’t recognise, we’ll remove it and investigate. You can shop online knowing you’ll never be held responsible for any unauthorised online purchases.
