Terms and Conditions:

1.      The following Offer (“Offer”) is valid from January 1 to December 31, 2023, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

            o  Sign up for Twitter ad placement service at FirstPage andget up to HK$12,000 annual Twitter spending credits (monthly credit capped at HK$1,000)

2.      To enjoy the Offer, cardmembers must settle the payment in full with American Express® Business Card, American Express® Gold Business Card, Hong Kong Dental Association American Express® Gold Business Card, American Express Corporate Card, American Express Gold Corporate Card, American Express® Elite Corporate Card and American Express® Classic Corporate Card issued by American Express International, Inc. ("American Express") in Hong Kong only (“Eligible Card(s)”) and the holders of such Card(s), "Eligible Cardmember(s)") within the Promotion Period.

3.       “Eligible Cardmembers” means the basic and supplementary Cardmembers.

4.       After successfully sign up at FirstPage Twitter ad placement service during the promotion period Eligible Cardmember will be entitled to receive up to HK$12,000 annual Twitter spending credit. The monthly ad spending credit is capped at HK$1,000 for each account sign up at FirstPage. To enjoy this Offer, the account sign up at FirstPage is required to have monthly minimum ad spend of HK$5,000 and minimum management fee of HK$6,000. The Twitter ad credit will be offset the Twitter ad spend within the account sign up at FirstPage. 

5.      In order to activate and redeem the Offer, Eligible Cardmembers must enter their business contact details including business email addresses on FirstPage website (https://americanexpress.firstpage.hk) and FirstPage customer service team will then contact Cardmembers to activate the Offer.

6.      Only Eligible Cardmembers signing up for ad placement services at FirstPage during the offer period will be eligible for the offer.

7.      Eligible Cardmembers must sign up for at least a 12-month agreement to be eligible for the offer.

8.      The Twitter ad spending credits is availed for 12 months from the date of service sign up. The spending credit will be applied to the first month service invoice and subsequently applied to the next 11 monthly bills (for total 12 months)

9.      The Offer cannot be redeemed for cash or other products and services and are non-refundable.

10.    The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion offers, discounts and vouchers.

11.    FirstPage is solely responsible for all services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offer offered to Eligible Cardmembers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same. 

12.    American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited toindirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 

13.    American Express and FirstPage reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice. 

14.   In case of any enquiry related to this promotion, please call the 24-hour enquiry hotline shown at the back of your Card. 

15.   In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and FirstPage shall be final. 

16.   In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
