1. The following Offer is valid from December 1 to December 31, 2022, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). 
   •  Enjoy 15% savings on Alibi – Wine Dine Be Social’s Set Dinner.  
2. To enjoy the Offers, Cardmembers must settle the payment in full with American Express® Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) (“Eligible Card”, such holders, “Eligible Cardmembers”) within the Promotion Period. Payment made with the US Dollar Card, American Express Business Travel Account or Corporate Purchasing Card, and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are not eligible to enjoy the Offers. 
3. Blackout dates apply: December 24 to 26 and 31, 2022.

5. Reservations must be made at least one day in advance via phone call (+852 3552 3028) or Whatsapp (+852 9717 4727), and Eligible Cardmembers (as defined in Clause 2 of the General Terms and Conditions) are required to mention the usage of Offer 2 at the time of reservation.
6. Offer is applicable to Wine Dine Be Social’s Set Dinner dine-in dinner consumption only, excluding all bottled wine and spirit, festive products, seasonal menus or promotional menus, charge for tea condiments, pre-meal snacks, “Other Charges” on à la carte menu, discounted food or beverage items, corkage fee, cake-cuttingfee, private or corporate functions, private rooms, banquets, deliveries and takeaways.
7. The offer is not applicable to 10% service charge and this offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts and/or promotions.   
8. Restaurant’s opening hours may be adjusted due to regulations announced by the Hong Kong Government. For more details, please call the restaurant before making a reservation. 
9. Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business.  
10. Offers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or exchanged for any other products or services. 
11. Langham Hotels International Limited is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offers offered to Eligible Cardmembers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same. 
12. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offers, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. American Express and Langham Hotels International Limited reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offers at any time without prior notice.

14. In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and Langham Hotels International Limited shall be final.
