Cordis – Ming Court Terms and Conditions

1. The following Offer is valid from selling period: November 15 to December 21, 2022, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”) and collection period: December 10 to December 22, 2022, both dates inclusive (“Collection Period”).

2. To enjoy the Offers, Cardmembers must settle the payment in full with American Express® Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) (“Eligible Card”, such holders, “Eligible Cardmembers”) within the Promotion Period. Payment made with the US Dollar Card, American Express Business Travel Account or Corporate Purchasing Card, and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are not eligible to enjoy the Offer.
   
3. Eligible Cardmembers (as defined in Clause 2 of the General Terms and Conditions) must place order online at e-shop platform (https://www.buys.hk/cordis-hotels/html/ming-court-poon-choi-amex-checkout-en.html) or in-person at Ming Court and settle the payment with Eligible Card (as defined in Clause 2 of the General Terms and Conditions) directly. 
4. Orders must be placed at least one day before the pickup date.Offer is available while stocks last.
5. Redemption of purchased products is only available at Level L on the selected date from 11:00AM to 8:00PM daily (“Collection Period”). E-vouchers or printed vouchers with receipts must be presented to receive your products. No delivery service will be available.
6. For orders placed online at e-shop platform (https://www.buys.hk/cordis-hotels/html/ming-court-poon-choi-amex-checkout-en.html), Eligible Cardmembers will receive e-vouchers for redemption during the Collection Period. For orders placed in-person at Ming Court, Eligible Cardmembers will receive the printed vouchers with receipts for redemption during the Collection Period.
7. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts and/or promotions.
8. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons. 
9. Offers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or exchanged for any other products or services. 
10. Langham Hotels International Limited is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offers offered to Eligible Cardmembers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 
11. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same. 
12. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offers, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

14. In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and Langham Hotels International Limited shall be final. 
15. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
