1. Amex Special Price (Offer 1 & 2) on selected Cuisine Cuisine mooncakes (collectively “Offers”) are valid within the Promotion Period mentioned in the above table.

2. To enjoy the Offers, all payments must be settled in full with American Express® Cards issued by American Express International, Inc. ("American Express") in Hong Kong (“Eligible Cards”, such holders, "Eligible Cardmembers") during the Promotion Period.
- Offer 1 and 2, all payment made with the US Dollar Card, American Express Business Travel Account, American Express Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express, and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are NOT eligible to enjoy the Offer 1 and 2.

3. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion offers or discount and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, unless otherwise specified.

2. Valid mooncake voucher(s) must be presented upon redemption. Each valid Voucher can be used once only. The used Voucher will be collected. All Vouchers will be invalid after the expiry date of the promotion.

3. Offers are limited and while stocks last. Terms and conditions prescribed by Cuisine Cuisine apply, please refer to the relevant vouches for details.

4. Cuisine Cuisine shall not be liable for any loss or damage of the vouchers. Missing vouchers will not be re-issued.

5. Mooncake vouchers are available for sale until September 1, 2022, while stocks last; and in-store mooncake box sets available for sale until September 9, 2022, while stocks last.
