Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong Terms and Conditions

1. The following Offers (“Offers”) are valid from December 6 to December 16, 2022, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). 
   • Offer 1: Enjoy Holiday Glam Package with special price at HK$2,400 at Salon.  
     (Shampoo blow-dry and 45-minute signature hydrafacial) 
   • Offer 2: Enjoy Men’s Holiday Essentials Package with special price at HK$2,280 at Barber.
     (Haircut and 45-minute signature hydrafacial with a complimentary men’s manicure worth HK$320.)  
   • Offer 3: Enjoy 20% savings on any QMS facial treatments at Spa.  Treatments at The Mandarin Spa are subject to 10% service charge.
   • Offer 4: Enjoy bond/ voucher with special price at HK$1,000, with face value of HK$1,200. The use of voucher is subject to the relevant Terms and Conditions, please refer to the voucher for the details.
2. To enjoy the Offers, Cardmembers must settle the payment in full with American Express® Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) (“Eligible Card”, such holders, “Eligible Cardmembers”) within the Promotion Period. Payment made with the US Dollar Card, American Express Business Travel Account or Corporate Purchasing Card, and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are not eligible to enjoy the Offers. 
3. Offer 3 is only applicable from Monday to Thursday (except public holidays).  
4. Offer 1, 2 and 4 can be purchased at Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong dedicated page for American Express Cardmembers:  (https://hongkong.mandarinorientalshop.com/collections/amex-festive-offers). Offer 3 can be booked by calling Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong direct line 2825 4888 or email mohkg-spa@mohg.com. Advance reservation is required for all offers. 
5. Eligible Cardmembers will receive email confirmation of e-voucher after purchase Offer 4 online. Please call The Mandarin Spa at +852 2825 4888 or email mohkg-spa@mohg.com for treatments and present the confirmation email for Offer 4 redemption.
6. Offer 4 is valid for redemption before 30 June 2023. For the full Terms and Conditions, please refer to the relevant voucher.  
7. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons. 
8. Offers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or exchanged for any other products or services. 
9. Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong Limited is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offers offered to Eligible Cardmembers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same. 
10. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offers, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 
11. American Express and Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong Limited reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offers at any time without prior notice.

13. In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group shall be final. 
14. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
