The Peninsula Hotel Hong Kong Terms and Conditions

1. The following Offers (“Offers”) are valid from November 22 to December 30, 2022, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

2. To enjoy the Offers, Cardmembers must settle the payment in full with American Express® Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) (“Eligible Card”, such holders, “Eligible Cardmembers”) within the Promotion Period. Payment made with the US Dollar Card, American Express Business Travel Account or Corporate Purchasing Card, and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are not eligible to enjoy the Offers.
3. This offer is subject to availability and is on first in first serve based. An additional 10% service charge applies.
4. Complimentary festival treat and Margy’s Christmas gift are subject to availability and on a first come and first severed basis. 
5. Reservation is required to be made 24 hours prior to the treatment and subject to the availability. Please call The Peninsula Spa at +852 2696 6682 to book the treatment and any cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to treatment. 
6. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, gift certificates, gift cards and credit card promotions.  
7. Offers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or exchanged for any other products or services.
8. Peninsula Hotel is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offers offered to Eligible Cardmembers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.
9. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offers, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 
10. American Express and Peninsula Hotel reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offers at any time without prior notice.

12. In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and  Peninsula Hotel shall be final.
13. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
