The Upper House Terms and Conditions

1. The following Offer (“Offer”) is valid from November 22 to December 9, 2022, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

2. To enjoy the Offer, Cardmembers must settle the payment in full with American Express® Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) (“Eligible Card”, such holders, “Eligible Cardmembers”) within the Promotion Period. Payment made with the US Dollar Card, American Express Business Travel Account or Corporate Purchasing Card, and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are not eligible to enjoy the Offer. 
3. Eligible Cardmembers must enter the promotion code “TUH22HAMEX15” upon check-out.  
4. Only one promotion code can be used per transaction.
5. Advance payment is required and must be made via The Upper House – The Shop (https://shop.thehousecollective.com/en/gift-ideas/festive/festive-hamper) at least three business days prior (72 hours). Confirmation is subject to availability.   
   
6. Offer is not applicable to The Upper House physical stores. Offer is applicable to the The Upper House designated hamper website only.
7. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers. 
8. An order confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours, and orders cannot be refunded nor changed once the payment has been made. 
9. All product images are for reference only, The Upper House reserves the right to make changes, corrections, cancellation and/or improvements to the products without prior notice.  
10. All Festive Hampers include complimentary delivery. The below areas are not available for delivery: Ma Wan/ Tung Chung / Hong Kong International Airport / Discovery Bay/ Lo Wu/ Mai Po/ Man Kam To/ Ta Kwu Ling/ Outlying Island/ District Restricted Area/ Village houses/villas that vehicles cannot access.   
11. Delivery is available from 10am to 6pm, Monday to Sunday. Preferred delivery dates are subject to confirmation. The Upper House team will contact you to confirm the details.   
12. Each FestiveHamper orders delivery one address only.  For multiple addresses,orders must be processed separately. Limited quantities are available, while stocks last. Out-of-stock merchandise will be substituted by similar items of the same value. 
13. Offer is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or exchanged for any other products or services. 
14. The Upper House is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offer offered to Eligible Cardmembers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same. 
15. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 
16. American Express and The Upper House reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.

18. In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and The Upper House shall be final.
19. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
